SOBL started 150 years ago back when I was a business man in my early 20s. I will tell you how it all started. It was late summer early fall and I was on a business trip in Europe. I however didn't, I proceed to open my bags and get out the suit that I had packed as an extra for the meeting and got dressed. I then proceeded to make my way down to the lobby and went to the front desk and asked for a cab. Once in the cab I told the gentleman the address on where I was headed and he asked me are you sure Sir. I asked him Why do you ask that? Sir this is a place that people seem to go and never return from this is a bad place are you sure about this address. When we arrived I looked out the window at this mansion and was in total amazement. When I arrived there was a gentleman who greeted me at the door and said right this way Sir. He took me up the stairs and down a long hallway to were the party was. I was greeted by several people who all had very elegant outfits on. I proceeded to enter the party and While I was intermingling with the guest I noticed out of the corner of my eyes this quiet woman off in the corner all to herself. I slowly walked over there and introduced myself to her. She began to tell me about herself and over the next hour I learned allot about her(or I thought). She leaned in and whispered to me (why don't we get out of here), at that point I had a few glasses of wine and was open to her offer. She took my hand and walked me out the door where the party was and took me down the hallway and into another large room which looked like a bedroom at first but come to find out was more. She stopped and turn to me and asked do you trust me? I nodded to her and followed her lead. She managed to take my shirt off and lead me over to this table. She started kissing my neck and I started feeling warm. She at that point took the rope that was there besides this table and wrapped my arms in each of them as to strap me down. I asked her What are you doing? She told me after having secured the ropes, You are going to receive a special gift from me tonight. A gift you say what kind of gift do I get tied up like this. Please get me out of these ropes. She walks over and puts her finger over my lips and says Quiet now you are going to be ok just trust me. I was saying to myself what did I get myself in. She left the room and I started to worry as I did not see her. I yelled out for her to come let me out of these that I was leaving. Right as I was saying that she returned with barley anything covering her body. She spoke to me softly in my ear quiet now my child tonight you are going to leave this body and become something much greater and share a part of me forever. Before I even had a chance she had jumped on top of me with her hand covering my mouth she leaned back and her fangs grew and before I new it she jabbed them into my neck. I tried screaming for help but with her hand covering my mouth I could not scream for anyone to hear me. I started feeling light headed and before I new it I could not see anything only hear the voice of this woman. Her soft voice talked to me and said "Easy now I will be here every step of the way I will not leave your side. I then passed out completely after she finished saying that. When I woke I was Feeding on this woman arm drinking the blood and it was a feeling going through my body like I have never felt. She pulled away her arm and said that's enough my child. I then looked at her and said what did you do to me why was I drinking your blood. What did you do to me. Why do I feel this way. She tells me to STOP. Listen to me my child I have given you the gift of immortality you are now a Vampire. A VAMPIRE what!!!! What is that? Why do I feel Dizzy? She takes me in her arms and quiets me listen my child you are going to be fine you are now a part of me I will take care of you and guide you through your transformation into your new life. You will learn to listen to your animal instincts and learn to hunt for your smell for the human blood will become greater as well as the rest of your instincts. Over the next several days I had the feelings running over me that I have never felt, this feeling of power. I was lost in this new world and did not know what to think. When I finally returned to my room I found myself so tired that when my body hit the bed I was out. The next morning when I arose I found myself hurting when I felt the rays of the sun hitting my body I could not figure out why. right at that moment the woman who had done this appeared out of now were and quickly shut the curtain. She turned to me and told me that the daylight now is not my friend, I am now a creature of the night. Listen my child you will learn these few things from me and when you return to your home you will continue to learn and pass these things on to your new family. She ten walked over and wrapped her arm around mine as if I was escorting her out of the room. We walked down the stairs not one flight but two, which lead to the basement. She explained things to me as we walked. She took me in her arms and comforted me and showed me things that I never new were possible. I stopped her and asked how is this possible. My child you are not human you are a Vampire. Look would you like for me to prove it to you my child? Yes please I want to see what you are talking about. She told me wait right there my child. It was not but a few minutes and I heard this screaming coming from a young white lady not more that 20 years old. Mother who is this girl and why is she screaming? My child come to me, come close and touch her body feel her flesh. As I do I feel this sharp pain in my mouth and I reach up and feel and I realize that 2 of my teeth are growing. My child those are you fangs they will appear when your senses detect the blood of a human. Why mother? My child in order for us to live we require the blood of a human. Now come here! Take this girl in your arms my child, smell her feel her soft skin on yours. As I listen to this helpless girl cry out to me and say "Sir please don't do this I have done thing wrong." I find myself feeling the same urge as I did when I was in my own mothers arms. I say softly into her ears now listen girl my angel my child you will not fear any more you will listen to my voice. I am not going to harm you I am only going to take the gift of your blood to allow me to live yet another day. I lean my head back and then with on fierce strike I lay my fangs into her soft neck. (Good my child) mother says. Now do not take to much you do not want to drain all her blood otherwise she will be no good to you. (Yes Mother) I reply. I start to feel her heart beat slow down and I pull back from her neck. I watch her body drop to the floor and she looks up at me with this look of despair. As I have her blood dripping from my fangs and mouth my mother comes over and licks the remaining blood off as to have a taste. My Child you have done well I am prowd of you. Now listen and listen well my child. You will take the teachings and words I have spoken to you with you to your home town. I want you to listen and I want you to use what I have taught you and become a family and eventually start a coven as well. I am and will always be here for you. I am just a call away any time you need me all you have to do is call my name and I will be there. Here are the most important things to remember People do not agree with who we are so do not expect a warm welcome from the people you use to know as a human. Vampires have gotten a bad name because of a few bad apples. It will take time to grow and find people who accept who you are. You must feed daily to grow your strength to be able to change others. When you are ready for this I will be there right with you. Remember I will always be watching over you my child. Now Go my Child go into the night and return to your town and explore what it is to be a vampire. However remember there are two things that will kill you. Sunlight and your head chopped off. You will run into people who wish to harm you. You might have the disadvantage of those 2 things killing you but remember you are a vampire you have the strength to stop them you have the speed to outrun anyone. Use these things to your advantage. Over time people will learn to respect you and will join you freely.
