Music:
Any and everything. Whether it's classical or punk or hip-hop, I think that there is good, as well as bad, music in every genre and that it's up to us to explore and find it.
Movies:
I love comedies. Will Ferrell and John C. Riley are two of my favorite comedic actors and anything they do is hilarious. I'm also a sci-fi/super-hero buff. I've never really liked horror movies, they don't scare me so their intended purpose falls flat. I'll watch them, but it has to be a really good one to get me enthralled.
Books:
I love Chuck Palahniuk. (Fight Club, Choke, Snuff, etc...) He has a warped sense of humor and overall writing style that instantly draws you in. I'm also a huge David Eddings (The Belgariad, The Mallorean) fan, whose interpretation of the fantasy genre is untouchable. On the non-fiction side, The Audacity of Hope by President Obama is a favorite of mine.
