There are so many books I have read, but there is one that sticks out in my mind from my childhood that I occasionally pick up and read, just to reset my mind- Underwear! by Mary Elise Monsell, Lynn Munsinger. It's a cute book that to me teaches how to just let go, have fun and enjoy life.
