Interests:
I love to cook. From my mom, I learned how to cook Americana style food, and meals for many people. I can make a mean Thanksgiving dinner, everything from scratch. From my dad, I learned fancier foods, mostly Italian, but I've started learning to expand my meals to fit different diets, budgets, and cultures.
Recently I've discovered Geneology. Being an adopted child, I always was curious about where I came from, and have even met my mother from whom I learned why I was put up for adoption and actually understand and have forgiven her, a father whom I do not forgive for reasons I'd rather not get into here. I've met both sets of grandparents.
My adoptive parents, I love and care for so much. Have been there for me, teach me how to be an adult better than all the foster parents. I am forever grateful they ignored DSS who labeled me a problem/difficult adoptee and have loved, supported me through high school, boyfriends, ok, maybe I could have been a better girlfriend, but I was young and expressing myself, shush.
It is with their support I'm going to be going to college next year. Will it be my first choice Harvard Medical? Stay tuned.

I've discovered I like a lot of different kinds of music.
From Rock to Jazz, to Classical music. I can play the drums somewhat, but no real lessons.

While I do like the typical "chick flicks" I am more fascinated by Sci-Fi and fantasy.
Books:
You know, I actually like Shakespear and Mark Twain from school. Not just for the literary reasons, but as a window into the different time periods.
