hanging out playing pool I go to the gym 3 or 4 times aweek ( I heard that it is good for you) I dropped 20 pounds 5' 10" and 170 now. 15 pounds more then in the picture but its not in the gut or ass so I'am happy about that. I'am on the far right few more wrinkles and my hair is pure white now....
