kobodaishi's Scoop
About me:

Some might describe me as a gentleman. Others, as a scholar and a saint. Some know me as an international business consultant and online expert. Myself, I think it's better for you to judge for yourself. (smile)

Who am I? Who are you?

We should discover these things directly and sincerely for ourselves. This is one of the things that we must do to be human.

Here's a mental snapshot from a recent mid-summer evening:

Barefoot in the grass; cooled by the moonlight. Fireflies dancing in the tree tops like fairies swinging lanterns. Ice cold, minty gulp of Mojito and the windchime sounds of ice cubes knocking against each other as I lift the tall glass for another drink. A thousand crickets chirping in a symphony and a candle's flame shines out like a distant star, waiting for a wish to be lifted up on the tender wings of ten thousand prayers. Nearby, on a table, lays an unread book, Foam of the Daze-- a gift from a friend; a book almost started 100 times but, perhaps, hoping, to be be read the next time.

Want to know more about me?

I am fiercely loyal and true to those who I love and I expect the same. I am passionate about honor and the dignity of the human person. I give a lot. And I expect a lot. I have great contempt for those who take and give little in return. They do not shine bright.

A few friends have said that I shine bright. Hmmm. But, of course, you'll have to find that out for yourself. (grin)

Who I'd like to meet:

I really enjoy the company of those who want it all, the best of everything, quality, and they are doing something to make it happen. Such persons usually know something about themselves: what makes them who they are and what they are becoming.

Am I someone you would like to get to know?

I am often fascinated by those who understand the insurmountable challenges within themselves and the intimidating external challenges, and yet they see the opportunity in every challenge.

I admire people who pursue virtue: those that live their lives with courage, wisdom, love, light...

I also admire those who follow their heart with courage, fortitude, determination and intelligence. The heart can be a good compass, but, alone, the heart does not make great decisions. This is a wisdom that is difficult to use. Myself included.

Can you show me how to have carefree fun?

As a visionary with great ambition and expectations; it's sometimes hard for me to kick back and have carefree fun. Can you get me out of the machine for a few minutes?

Obviously, if you are an entrepreneur or investor into high technology or entertainment and you want to talk about business opportunities and challenges, I'll hear you out.
