Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening!
My name is Maggie (no thats not my birth name but a knick name I've had for years and favor more then my real name) I am 20+ years old and have been roleplaying for well over 12 years now, both online and offline. I have played in many different systems (Ask if you have a specific one you want to know about) but I prefer intellegent free form role playing.
I try to be a kind and tender hearted individual, who uses RP as a creative outlet in addition to my singing, song writing, and other creative hobbies. Like any person I have obligations to my family and work that may interfere sometime with role playing and I apologize if that ever occurs should we play together. I also have feelings that can be, perhaps to easily, hurt. I am not an ignorant nor arrogant person and I dislike be brushed off or treated badly, as I think most people do.
In regard to my preferences/limits/etc: I enjoy mystery, adventure, witty word play, scary scenes, funny scenes, romance, and pretty much anything but smut. I do not have a post requirment, and I myself post as I see fit depending on the situation. Dialog may only be a few senences while scene setting and meetings may take several IM boxes. I try my best not to mis-spell things or use bad punctuation and I'm not a stickler in expecting others to write like college graduate/professional writers. I just want to have fun. Lets play

With the Hanged man there is often a sense of fatalism, waiting for something to happen. Or a fear of
loss from a situation, rather than gain.
The Hanged Man is perhaps the most fascinating card in the deck. It reflects the story of Odin who offered himself as a sacrifice in order to gain knowledge. Hanging from the world tree, wounded by a spear, given no bread or mead, he hung for nine days. On the last day, he saw on the ground runes that had fallen from the tree, understood their meaning, and, coming down, scooped them up for his own. All knowledge is to be found in these runes.
The Hanged Man, in similar fashion, is a card about suspension, not life or death. It signifies selflessness, sacrifice and prophecy. You make yourself vulnerable and in doing so, gain illumination. You see the world differently, with almost mystical insights.
