I'm very frank, open and honest. I expect the same. I was a crazy freak when I first came here. I've toned down a lot, lately. Mostly 'cause I'm exhausted from all-day meetings and I'm just too tired to fuck (ie. type a hot, sexy session). If I decline a sex request, take a hint and don't beg me. It pisses me off. I LOVE to dance and lose myself in a song (Here and in rl. It's tied to music. See below). That's why I dance so much everyone! (My friends are nodding). So I dance, dance, dance everywhere I go. Btw, I usually like to dance alone. I like my freedom of movement. It helps me relax so I might actually sleep.
I love where I live. My home overlooks one of the most beautiful harbors in the world. I love all the sea traffic and staring at the beautiful city at night. Many nights, I sit on my balcony or in my jacuzzi feeling the ocean breezes and chat with all of you. It's the best!
For college, I went to a nearby UC school. I have degrees in history, geography, and political science. I recently got my Master's!!!. Wooooooot!! My thesis was on the late nineteenth and early twentieth century geo-political machinations of the western imperialist powers and their influence on regional and global expansion, their colonial developments (or lack thereof), military technical innovations, and how they've affected modernity. Ok, it may be a snore to you, but it isn't to me. :)
Despite my education, I don't work in my fields and have no interest to do so. Since graduating and retiring from dancing, I've been heavily purchasing depressed real estate, foreclosures, tax liens, and the like. I also have internet ventures with a few partners who have been filling my days with too many damn meetings. Paybacks are coming!!!
I love Philosophy. It's one of my deepest interests. Several years ago, I fell in love with the writings of Soren Kierkegaard. My quote is from him. Some of his others are: “Be that self which one truly is”, “Face the facts of being what you are, for that is what changes what you are”, “At the bottom of enmity between strangers lies indifference”, and for the men of rlc: “Most men pursue pleasure with such breathless haste, that they hurry past it.” ; )
Oh and one last thing that I get asked a lot. I don't make phone calls. I don't skype, msn, yahoo or whatever, either. Frankly, I don't even know how or care. Well, that's it. Mwahhhh.

Music:
There is so much to say here. It may take several installments or revisions. It means as much, and maybe more, than almost anything else. It stirs me in ways I cannot even begin to express. It is the language of my soul and the medium of my heart. Music for me is like dancing with the most masterful partner, following each choral and orchestration and feeling the movement and mood of each piece. Whether I'm lifted ever arching for the heavens on velvety wings of melody or being crushed to the depths by a crescendo or sorrowing harmony, the journey is my passion.
I enjoy music from every genre and I don't really have an absolute favorite. The important part is whether the song sings to me or not. I don't care if everyone else hates the band or the song, if it moves me, that's all that matters.
Now, if I had to choose a genre, it would be difficut, but Metal would be my choice, probably followed by opera. (Yes, I said opera. More on that below.) Thrash or Speed being my favorites. I can't get enough of it. I always tried to throw in a song or two in my routines.
I don't have a favorite group per se, but I do have numerous favorites from each style.
I play some electric bass, but not much. I did take six years of choir in junior high and high school, so I can sing. I really wanted to be an opera singer, but I just didn't have the chops. I do pretty well in first and second soprano, just not the upper registers.
Although, I may like Metal the most, opera speaks to me deeper than anything. I love hearing a quality tenor sing. To this day, I cannot get thru a song by Luciano Pavoratti or Andrea Bocelli without weeping. There are just not words for the beauty. I cried and cried the day Pavoratti died, I couldn't bear knowing that gloriously wonderful voice had been stilled. I still have never really gotten over it. I don't know what I'll do when Andrea goes too. There are others, but they are all posers, in my opinion. Though I would be pleasantly surprised to find another.
The music I have chosen in the playlists is just a sampling of my taste. I think you can learn a lot about a person by studying their musical interest. By no means have I even scratched the surface. I had so many playlists when I first came here, my profile took forever to load. So for the sake of space, I gave you my expurgated version.

Movies:
My tastes in movies are varied just like my music. It really depends more on the individual movie, rather than a particular genre. I like comedies and action the most. I like some dramas. They tend to be the critic's choice for all the awards, yet most are as stale as 10 year-old crackers. Of course romance, but some are just dreadful. I cannot endure most rom-coms. They're just horseshit! How do Jennifer Aniston and Katherine Heigl keep getting work?
I do like sci-fi too. My father got me hooked at a young age. So, although I do have a life, I can converse a bit about some of the larger franchises. Yes, unfortunately, I do have some inner nerd hiding under my tits. Thanks, Dad!
I also like historical movies and documentaries, especially those dealing with Ancient Rome, U.S. Revolutionary and Civil Wars, and World War II. They tend to be areas of focus in my scholastic pursuits too.
Books:
Numerous books. Like everything else, I have a wild area of interest. I like older books like Decline and fall of the Roman Empire and Sun Tzu's the Art of War to more modern ones like thrillers, Harry Potter and the Five Thousand Year Leap. I usually read 30-40 books a year , but I never get to all of them. And I always buy my books, so I'm developing quite a library.
