I find it to be nearly impossible to sum up who/what a person is in these little boxes...however, if your profile pic is one with all your junk hanging out, I'm not interested (I'm talking to you, men). I'm happy to meet anyone. I give everyone a chance (the pic is the first chance) and make a decision later. A picture is worth a thousand words and I limit them to the ones that are tasteful and not sexually explicit. I am neither sanctimonious nor prudish, but the profile loses something when the "surprise in the box" isn't a surprise right off the bat. Huge movie buff and avid reader. I would love to travel and enjoy new cultures and ways of life. I enjoy crafting, crocheting/knitting and other "lost" arts/skills. Basically, there are many things that pique my interest. Always curious about new things and how/why things work. I love to cook and am pretty good at it. No one has died so far...LOL.

If I could only listen to one band for the rest of my life, it would be the Beatles. If allowed a variety: The Doors, Led Zepplin, Tom Petty, George Thorogood (sp?), blues, smooth jazz...just about anything. Not too fond of country or rap.
Movies:
Favorite movie: "Aliens" Monty Python, Concerts, Hellboy I and II, science fiction, fantasy, adventure, movies where stuff blows up and cars drive fast. Loved Suicide Squad and Deadpool. I also like the "oldie goldies"...My Fair Lady, The Ghost and Mrs. Muir, John Wayne westerns, Arsenic and Old Lace, Bell, Book, and Candle, etc. I'm also a huge Harry Potter fan. :0) The Lord of the Rings trilogy is one of my favorites.
