Music is what it is - It speaks to the soul!
How loudly or how softly I respond to it is a matter of choice. Either I choose to groove with it when I want to get up, or I can bathe in its sway of emotions as I lay still on my bed.

I enjoy a varied genre of movies, except for horror films. They are designed to scare the viewer, and undoubtedly it works on me.
I believe that a good movie serves as a salve or a medicine for whatever takes a person off course in life. It points a "Go this way" arrow without the expense of sitting on a psychiatrists chair or the exposure to people who just don't get it.
I laugh, I learn, I live, and then I do it all over again while watching the world through the eyes of writers and actors on screen.
Books:
I read to travel, to explore, to experience vicariously through the pages that comprise a book. Therefore I swing, like a pendulum, from book to book, type to type, welcoming the discovery of greater enlightenment of "who I am" and why I am here at this point in time.
