Do I have to pay for this service?
We offer two membership options. Our basic membership is 100% free. If you choose to become VIP your membership will then only be $20 per month. There are many benefits of becoming VIP. |

What is my Red Light Center Identity and why do you ask fantasy questions?
Your Red Light Center Identity can be anything you wish. The purpose of this is so that you may go into our world and interact as your fantasy self. You may change the answers to your profile questions at any time. |

I forgot my username and/or password.
Go to our forgot password form and put in your email address. We will notify you with your username and password. |

How do I update my profile?
First, make sure you are logged in. Then, go to "Edit Profile" by clicking the button on the top of the page. At the bottom of your profile page there are buttons to update your profile and pictures. |
