Why is my event not showing in the calendar?
1. Please ensure that you have chosen REGULAR event at the top of your entry. Personal events do not show in the calendar.
2. Please ensure all approvals have been given (venue & calendar approval).
Some events will only show in the RLC Calendar which will show when your are logged in under Red Light Center instead of Utherverse.
Why has the venue not been approved?
Please contact the venue owner for approval, as we have no impact on private venue approvals or ensuring that application fees are paid.
How can I approve the venue?
Only the venue owner can approve the venue.
In order to approve a venue please follow these steps:
- Login with an account that owns a venue
- Go to your Events calendar page (http://www.utherverse.com/Events/)
- Click the MANAGE YOUR EVENTS button at the very bottom
- On the opened page you will see a list of all your submitted events
- In the column VENUE click on PENDING
- On the opened page in the STATUS drop down menu choose APPROVED
- You can type a message for Event owner, Venue or Admin if you like, but this is optional
- Click Submit
Why was my event declined?

The venue owner has declined to use the venue.

You haven't added the required information to your event. In this case, please read the notification below your entry in the comment field and make the required adjustments, then set it back to pending. Notifications of the change of status to your event will be automatedly sent to the email address connected to your account.

If your events are very similar and you have submitted repeating events for every day of the week or almost every day of the week, they will be rejected.
My event was approved and showing in the calendar, so why is it now back to pending?
Any changes that are made (time, date, image, text) will cause your event to go back to pending and all approvals will have to be given again.
Why was my entry for VWW of the Day declined?
Only one venue can become VWW of the Day. Often, many venues apply for the same day, so those that do not become VWW of the Day are automatedly declined.
Please retry and choose a different date. There is no fee when your venue isn’t accepted as VWW of the Day.
I have entered a Privately Hosted Fundraiser. Why was it declined?
- You haven't declared it clearly as a Privately Hosted Fundraiser.
- There is a supported Fundraiser taking place at the same time, which takes precedence over privately hosted Fundraisers.
